Resolved Question: Why are all these kids channels running 24/7 ?

We have direct tv at our house and we have nick jr and PBS kids sprout and Disney jr and now we heard that Disney jr is soon gonna run 24/7 and replace Disney channel with soap channel or something like that and my husband is mad and he's worried because he likes to watch shows on Disney channel like Phineas and Ferb , Jessie and good luck Charlie are his three favorites and he's worried they might not show them anymore. We don't have any children so we don't need to watch all these kid channels. The only kid show we really like is Phineas and Ferb because it's cute and funny. Some kids don't even stay up 24 hours to watch tv. Some married couples like us don't even have kids. So why do they make these kid channels run 24/7 if some kids can't even stay up to watch them ?
