Resolved Question: How to represent certain items for a Valentines gift?

I have decided to do 24 little bags with little gifts inside each representing something I love about my boyfriend. I need items that represent: the muscle on his arms, his big cheesy smile, his hugs, his creativity, all the tv shows that we watch together, how if he finds a cool article or something he always saves it for me, how he can always make me feel better, how he's really good at surprising me, his writing skills, how because of him, my self esteem is rising, our late night chats, how awesome he is, Thanks for all your help in advance!...
